Yarmer, the principal suite, occupies it’s own world at Higher Cross Park. Accessed by a private stairwell rising from the orangery, it sits apart from the main house – close enough to be part of everything, quiet enough to feel entirely separate.

The king bedroom is dressed with the same care and attention as every room at Higher Cross Park, with its own ensuite.  But it’s the veranda that sets this suite apart – step outside and you are directly onto the pool terrace where you have your own private seating area and sun loungers. This is the perfect place for that early morning swim before anyone else has stirred.

Back inside, the open plan sitting room looks out through the french windows across the pool and gardens – the boundary between inside and outside softening until the room feels an extension of the landscape itself.
